Led replacements

Have been trying to find replacement led for years. Contact with Medea was not successful. Very disappointing.

Was out of town seen this bottle bought 3 of them as gifts everybody loved them.. get tipsy and show how you feel w/o saying anything.. 2 birds one stone???
Cannot contact support and I automatically got charged a fee without knowing the cost
