I can’t get in the app all I keep getting is could not start Oceanready how are we supposed to make sure all of our documents and information is done if we can’t even get in the app to see....
App was working fine for the last year. Now when I open the app and try to open different sections, it tells me my journey cannot be found. I have an active reservation. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app to no avail. Super frustrated. I am hoping it is fixed before my cruise. Update: when I send an email to the email provided by the responder, it comes back as undeliverable. Just great.
What a mess. The concept is great. Order a cocktail and have it delivered to you! Never worked. Even worse than going to get it yourself. The servers never come around as they say you can order. They never get the order. Place an order on the app. Says delivered. Then you have to find a server, tell them you never got it. Then order another and then verify you don’t get charged twice. All the portions of this app are just as bad. Can’t book dinner or anything else.
Given all of the functionality provided this will make the entire cruise experience more enjoyable.
Overhearing several Elite members lamenting the feeling of a more past personal type of service and the Big Brother feeling of being Medallion Class ... but not I check in with me after the first day!
The lanyard should be included with the medallion! We’ll use the medallions but have to keep them in our pockets!!
