This app would be great if it didn’t require a pin code to log in every time - you can use Touch ID instead of the code but not Face ID, apparently the developers are still stuck in 2016 and forgot that almost everyone has no home button anymore. It also takes a full minute every time you apply a filter in search options. The app logo has been updated so we know the developers are alive ... but the world will probably end before this app is actually improved.
Use to be a ok app but last update made it a terrible app. Why do programmers always take something that works and makes it awful. Will not let you summit and close ticket
This app freezes ALL THE TIME. I have to constantly restart the app or my phone to close alerts. Using it is more of an inconvenience than a convenience. Want to destroy your productivity? Download Medallia.
It’s cool and all because it helps track down my employees surveys however the app constantly knocks me out and have me sign back in again.
They can argue their calculations. But I watch like a hawk. You get an 8 and your score will drop 4 Whole points but then you get a 10 and it goes up .2 . I’m sorry but I call b.s. on that. I look at score before and after every survey and it just doesn’t add up.. Besides I think it’s messed up the customers don’t even know the curve when they do a survey. It’s like saying rate us from 1-10 but we’re not going to tell you which is better. 8’s and below being counted as zero is so stacked against you.
It just signed me out after a week and won’t let me sign back in..totally useless
Every day you have to redo your filters. You cannot refresh without having your filters cleared and then start over again. It’s very frustrating. Most definitely needs an update.
App has multiple problems. The update done a month or two ago made the app practically unusable. I did leave feedback within the app, but it has not improved. I can’t get it to resister that I’ve looked at all recent surveys.
You sign into your company and it loads a website, it doesn’t lock you into the app for your property
