I haven't been able to fully explore the app since my Meater Block hasn't arrived yet but not am I excited. Just seeing the app in the store gets me so much more excited for them to arrive! From what I can see so far the app design is super clean, responsive and does what they set out to do! I love the icon work and flow of everything. It looks like the extra time they've had while development of the hardware has been going has really allowed them to deliver a smooth professional looking app. I cannot wait to get my Meater and start grilling!

I found this project on Indiegogo. As with almost everything I have backed it was delayed several times. Turns out the wait was worth it! The app works great! It pairs quickly and responds very well. The probe has great range and seems well built.

Every time I've used meater the cook has turned out amazing and the meat is just right. I've used it to grill, smoke, and bake and it's been flawless. Bluetooth range is surprisingly good (25ft or so) even when inside the oven or a solid metal grill. Definitely 5 stars!

App works well so far

After only a couple uses and not having tried any of the link or cloud functions the app seems well designed and functional. A couple wishlist items: Always display the elapsed time on the main screen without having to tap time remaining or open the graph screen; Move the "?" help button into settings to declutter things a bit; and Continue to display ambient temperature throughout entire process, including the rest. For some things out of the smoker I like to foil, towel wrap, and then rest in a pre-warmed ice chest, and would be curious to see how ambient temperature declines over time.

I think the app should allow you to select the thickness of your steak for better accuracy and so the app could be able to tell me when to flip the steak. Knowing when to flip would be awesome! Other than that, the Meater and app have been great. Keep up the great work!

Love the single meater, app works great and leads to perfect results as promised. I have an iGrill3 as well, Bluetooth wise the meater is substantially better from a connection reliability standpoint and simplicity standpoint. Can't wait for the Block!
