Fixed Purchaseed Pro - wont unlock

My previous review below in case someone else has the same problem. The developer contacted me and issued a code to get my purchase back. I use this app daily and like it. What is this “Boost” button about? On iPhone. I purchased Pro with map upgrades quite a while ago. Latest version doesn’t recognize purchase and is unusable because of pin limits. Restore Purchase in app shows success but still limited as a trial. Developer website unreachable through App Store. I use this app daily on iPad and love it but on iPhone it seems broken.

I bought the full price pro app 2 years ago, loved it. Haven’t had to used the app in a while, needed it for a job first thing in the morning and found out they consolidated the 3 previous versions into one Pro (free with in-app purchase to get Pro features) version and all I had was the free version that only gave me six plot points now not nearly enough for what I needed. A little cumbersome but they resolved the issue. However not in time for that particular need of the app as it was late at night. That was a bit disappointing, but not the end of the world. The app is great and the new Pro Version seems to come with everything I paid $48.99 for 2 years ago now for only $30.99, so a better deal for those who purchase now. Anyway if you are having this problem take a screenshot of your purchase from your purchase history and email that to them, they will send a redeem code for you to upgrade to the current Pro version (or standard if that’s what you had previously bought) and you will be back in business. Great app, works extremely well for perimeter and area calculations, very accurate measurements!!! Highly recommend if you have any need of this kind of stuff, especially on a mobile platform in the field!

No option to restore purchase

I’m unable to restore previous purchases to make version on my iPad open up. Options there to upgrade but no path to restore what I’ve already purchased.

I’ve tried all the measuring of a map apps and this is the best by far. Don’t listen to all these Whiney people reviewing about they paid $5 and the developers consolidated the app and now they don’t have access to pro blah blah blah. These people are just too lazy to send an email to the developer to reactivate it. Screw them. This app is the most superior by far measuring app off of satellite imagery by far. Period!!!

Trees in the way!

I use this app primarily to measure roof lines and property lines in residential areas. My only complaint with this app is I use it in the North East in rural areas and trees get in the way. I wish they used maps taken in the fall after the leaves have fallen off?

Bought this app years ago and loved it. They updated the app and now I have to rebuy the pro features via an in app purchases for six times the original price. Once I contacted them about the issues they corrected it and gave me the upgrade for free.

I paid money for this app but when it updated, it now is asking me to pay AGAIN, in order to use the features I already paid for. I’m feeling a little ripped off.

I was scary that I have paid almost $70 for app and map pack and I need pay again but it needed only contact them and they very fast has sent me redeem code. The automatic redeem in application has not worked. Now it's OK

Updated Review This is a really cool app for measuring and visually determining property lines without having to call in a surveyor. Do not be confused by some of the indifferent reviews. This is a very classy active developer who responds quickly to questions and is very hospitable to critique and suggestions. If you are experiencing a problem let them know. Some of the issues I mentioned in my last review appear to have been resolved. Heres a couple of things I see that I think still need attention On my ipad mini 5 The Help Section that explains the functions of the buttons gets cut off at the top and bottom. It would be great if you could zoom into the tiny writing too. Theres still an irritating Press x2 to overzoom grey applet that keeps popping up every time you zoom in. I find it a waste of time. Why not just Zoom to Limit and not over complicate for a better user experience? Another issue thats still there and it does not appear to have a way to disable is the perimater area applet that has been added to the cross hair. Only way to get rid of it is to disable the cross hair. * Me personally I just don't like it and find the drawer in the upper left corner that displays perimeter and area suffice. Lastly but most important is the big blue circle that appears around your position. Approximately 0.2 mile diameter. It should disappear completely once your location has been determined as it does in every GPS app out there. Most prominent and irritating when the Google Map with Zoom is selected. Shouldn't be there at all once your location has been determined but appears to be more transparent and less irritating when you switch to Apple Maps. Again this is a great app and I highly recommend it.
