So I tried to Purchased something from the app. The meal was &14.99 and the delivery charge was $9.99. This is beyond ridiculous.

Mealeo has a new app and it’s amazing. Ordering is (dangerously) easy, and all my favorites are a few taps away. Thank you Mealeo for FINALLY creating the food ordering app of my tastebuds dreams.

I placed an order to be delivered in 30-45 minutes. After 1 hour and 40 minutes I called to inquire and I was told it was “not our problem, we are not affiliated with Mealeo”. I was told the order was canceled and I tried to reorder. The same person that told me they were “not affiliated with Mealeo” told me she had accepted payment and I would have to call Mealeo for a refund.

Every time I order through Mealeo, my food shows up EARLY and super hot and fresh. I’ve ordered from other delivery services and my food never even shows up, or it comes 2 hours late. Will only order from restaurants on Mealeo:)
