Must Have

Rhilburn

I have been using this App for 2 years. I love how easy it is to use. It helps me keep up with my busy household. It's everything I wanted in one app.

Great app

Mikesaber

For your list of food to purchase this is a great app!

This app is great!

lvcigarz

I like that it keeps all my recipes in one place and organized.

Love this app!

This app is so awesome and easy to use! Worth every penny and then some!

Shopping list sync

KilowattQueen

I really like this app however only 3 stars because I have a heck of a time getting the shopping list to populate bases on meals. I try syncing and closing app and go back in and sometimes just can't get to show right away. That part is a bit frustrating.

Excellent program for the price

Adrian & Rebecca

Just paid $3.99 for this and so glad. It seems to have most of the same features as Paprika, but so much cheaper. One payment and I have this app on my iPhone, iPad and computer (via website). Very customizable, may not have all the bells and whistles as more expensive options that require paid subscriptions, but it does the job. Could use some visual makeover to streamline some things, doesn't look as good as apps like Buy Me A Pie, but much more functional.

It's a good idea, but needs more recipes

Addy609

Would be nice if it could connect to other apps like Weight Watchers or Fitbit in order to have a wider selection of recipes, it's not so quick if I have to introduce the ingredients myself.

Love it

This app is easy to use and let's me keep track of what food I have. I use it in the store to see if I need to restock when there is an unexpected sale. I also love how easy it is to import recipes and even search the web for recipes from within the app. They have categories but you can also make your own categories, so you can see all the recipes in a group together (like grill, slow cooker, Italian, Paleo, etc.). I also love the UPC scanner, because once you enter something into your pantry, you can just scan additional items if you buy more, without looking it up on the list. It is also amusing what it thinks some of my generic items are, the UPC database must be general because sometimes it thinks my food is a video game or toy. If that happens I just enter in the right name and then the scanner works the next time I scan that item. Overall I recommend this app, it is great!

Very disappointed. Not intuitive and not convenient

Eriquita713

It got two stars because I like the pantry feature. As far as meal planning it's a pain in the a**. In order to add something to the meal plan it must first be in recipes. So for example, grilled cheese, bacon & eggs, mom's house. Ridiculous. And you can't do it on the spot either. You have to back out of the meal planning section and go to recipes to add it. Sometimes it won't add things at all. Like you can select it but there's no option to actually add it? This is the first time I've spent money on an app and I was sorely disappointed. I think I'll stick to the freebies.

Love it

I love how easy it is to import recipes from the web because I'm lazy and don't want to type them in. I even hate typing reviews, that should show you how much I love this app. I've never been very good at meal planning and have finally found a way to become so!
