Is there anything wrong with the app? Tickets won't scan to check for winning numbers.
Missing Substantial Feature

This is good to read about games and find winning numbers, but it lacks the ability to scan your tickets for winning numbers and for second chance numbers. This should have been a very basic feature of the mobile app. I hope they add it in with the next version - it would make it much more convenient for people to check for winning tickets and register for second chance drawings (registering the ticket codes).

Scanning tickets just gives the error message in the title. Great idea but failed execution. App does not work.

Having used and hated the ticket scanner at several retail locations,I thought I give this a try,Checked 6 tickets with 2 that haven't been drawn yet.Got a $4 winner and both tickets that where still to be drawn told me so.I play 6 tickets every week,one draw each twice a week for Cash 4 Life,Mega-Millions and Powerball so saves a lot of checking.Now the bad part the e slip play creator.It rarely works at the terminal or workers don’t know how to scan it.It got worst when an employee refused to even try saying they never heard of it.Please train your terminal users!
