I love this app! It is beautifully designed and very easy to use. It is so easy to see my appointment schedule and so convenient since it's on my phone.

I even changed my password. The screen goes blank white. Scary. has it been hacked?

It looks and feels like it was programmed by high school students. There is so much less information that it is now borderline useless. I can connect fitness aps to it, but the purpose of using it to manage appointments and locate where at in MD Anderson is now worthless.

The old schedule listing show the time, location, elevator, & floor on one page. The update only shows the day & appointment. Must go to a separate page to see time. No elevator or floor. For those of us that have been treated for a while we have become familiar, more or less, with the elevator & floor. Newbies will be lost. Even those of us under treatment can get lost at times. It is a big place. Go back to the old format.

Current version doesn't show where the appointments are located if you have never been to that location it becomes pointless. One good thing is that you can refill your prescription from the app if the pharmacy put in the medications from the old system correctly. Please fix that!!

The new update makes it impossible to know where your appointments are, you only know when and that's it no elevator and no floor information. Please let us know so we don't get lost or be late to the appointments.

POS, before the update this was a good app and was very useful but now after the update the app won't even open. The app crashes every time I try to open after the update.

The old app let you look at your appointment history past and present - you entered a start and end date and voila! All your appointments between those two dates were returned. Very useful for tax purposes so that you could document all your medical-related travel for the previous year. Since the new app was released however, you cannot see any appointments other than upcoming ones - both in the app and via the myMDAnderson web page. Grrrr... With the removal of this functionality, my only recourse was to have the patient billing office generate a report for me detailing all billable procedures in a hope that I could extract the desired appointment date info from that. Double grrr... As a software development company executive, it is clear to me you have taken one step forward and five steps back here.
