The website and the app are terrible

The app: There are no page numbers or vocab definitions. Feels more like a PDF viewer than a textbook The website: It was not designed for touch screens. It has not been redesigned since 2009 and the buttons are tiny
Login error

The app keeps showing an error and asking me to re-enter my password. I did several times and never got access in this app. This application definitely needs maintenance.
Never works.

This app is so bad and never lets my child into the app. And when it does let me in, the books never load and it never lets her and me go into the "e-books". Please fix these problems so my daughter can get into the book with no problems at all. Thank you and please fix this issue fast.

Pretty absurd that this company will charge you hundreds of dollars for limited access to an E-BOOK with a companion app that doesn’t even work. They are clearly making absolutely no effort to fix it either. You can go back months and see reports of the same errors. I guess you don’t have to care about your customers when they are forced to buy your product regardless. Zero stars.
Log-In Fail

It won’t let me even log in, it continuously states that there’s been an error and I need to re-enter my login credentials. Even after doing so, the same error appears.
