Very slow response times on Sunday

Ordered a home delivery on Sunday. It’s been more that an hour that the order shows Prepared / Ready on the McDelivery App but not picked up by delivery guy. At this point I am not even sure if I will get my order
Never order from this app! You won’t get your food delivered.

I ordered food from this app at 8pm. Mcd is 10 mins from me. At 8:30 it said it is in kitchen. At 9:30 it said order ready. Now I try to call Mcd many time, but their phone is off. On google it says that Mcd is closed. So this app is a money making machine. You won’t get your food and they will take your money. Worst humans running this system. Stay clear of this app.

Horrible delivery service. They Don’t pick up phone and when they do they don’t speak up. Just let you say hello hello and hang up. Don’t deliver your order for hours. Very disappointing.
