It just shows a processing screen then disappears and nothing happens. Also for a security app why wouldn’t you allow special characters?!

Security App that Doesn’t!

I have tried with this app on several occasions. Just don’t like that if I backup my pics I have to delete them or I keep getting a message that says my phone is not secure. I’m deleting the app again and not dealing with it. It’s a nice concept but the company needs to really work on it. Password with no special characters is a HUGE no no. It’s included with my protection plan but I won’t be using it. My cable company also offers it but it’s the same thing.

Would like to try the app, and write a review, but can’t get past the registration page. Update randomly about 2 days later after dozens of attempts I finally got past the registration screen. I still liked Lookout better.

A security app that doesn’t allow secure passwords?

It’s a VERY bad sign when one is logging into a security app to be told you can’t use special characters in your password. What?!? Great! I get to have an insecure password for my security app. I don’t think so. Deleting.
