Need lots of improvements

Not a friendly app. Plus doesn't explain the difference for each ticket price options. Wasn't designed with customers in mind but just how to collect your money. Why no one ever looks at customer experience??
Good app, still room to improve

First timer might get confused with all the share pack and seat options. Booking done on website should allowed to check-in with the app ?
