Purchased this as I'm a big fan of roguelikes and have been sifting through the App Store in search of less mainstream, "unknown" games. Was excited by the retro style of this game. Sadly, it was DOA. When the game went to load the dungeon, the bar would get stuck and it would just hang with the music playing. I deleted and reinstalled, turned iPad off, etc. No dice. Major bummer. I won't demand a refund because I love indie development and recognize how hard it is to develop with a small team / alone, but hopefully it'll get an update so I can change this review and address it more properly. For now, though I gotta leave one star.

The game itself seems to have a lot of potential but at the moment I don't like it. The load times are very long and the game is extremely hard and unforgiving. I wish either the battle system was different or you started out with at least basic gear. The gear in the store is very expensive and every difficulty to obtain because you can die very fast and accumulating $ is slow.
