• Access to your location to offer you the most relevant promotions while you are on the go
• Access to your audio phone to enable you to record your voice for Biometric activation and make a direct call to the bank's hotline
• Access to your device's storage to give you the option to store the Maybank app in a SD Card

Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Maybank needs to test this app more before releasing it. There are so many bugs and screen hangs. Cant even log out of the application.

This new apps are not stable yet and there's a lot of bug. Please roll a new update ASAP to patch the bug. New UI is not that great too

Many bugs. Screen frozen, long response time to receive tac till the apps signed me out, transactions couldn't get through despite correct data keyed in etc. The apps is wasting my time. Maybank could have spent the marketing launch budget to develop and test the apps thoroughly before releasing. With all these bugs, I wonder if the apps is vulnerable to hacking?

A whole new experience

This new app is much more faster and more responsive. The interface is also design much better whiles removing a lot of clutter. Great job!

Bug or standard feature?

Noticed after logging out, the app will automatically use the last login (username) and shows the security image directly next time app started (or upon next login). This exposed the security image to other user on the device (with the app directly ask for the user password only). This also prevents user to login with other username / other account on same device. It is best if the app requires the user to enter the username everytime app re-opens & also after each logout. Otherwise option to login with other username should be there. Nevertheless, this app is superb overall!

The app doesn't recognize my username even though I've been using it on the old app since the beginning. It just gives me a message that the username cannot have special symbols,etc
