Sorozatban sokadszor fordul elo, hogy a vonat, amire jegyet vettem az alkalmazasban, az allomasra erkezve nemhogy kiirva nincs, de tenyleg nem is jon. Jo lenne, ha ossze lennenek hangolva a vonatok a tenyleges menetrenddel, maskepp nem nagyon van ertelme az appnak... arrol nem is beszelve, hogy mas idoket ir a kesesekre, mint amennyit valoban kesnek, igy sokszor veszek valamire jegyet, mert azt hiszem, meg elerem a kesessel egyutt, de aztan korabban jon, es nem erem el. Persze ez az egesz problema nem lenne, ha nem kesne minden masodik vonat.
English version is super helpful!
Dancinut
Being new to Hungary and in the early days of language learning, the English version of this app is very helpful for navigating myself around Hungary. It works smoothly and the details are always up to date. (Really important since I can’t understand the audio announcements when a train is delayed.) Only way it could be better is if it listed platform details as well. :)

Abszolult érthetetlen, hasznalhatatlan. Vlszeg csak azert nincs rosszabbra értékelve, mert a magyar felhasználók nem nagyon láttak mas országban hogyan mukodik egy hasonlo app.
App and website not user friendly

Website is ridiculous. You purchase a ticket then have difficulty retrieving the actual ticket. Ferihegy train station has all three of their elevators out of service for at least 2 years. If you have kids and a stroller good luck trying to get from one platform to another. Wheelchairs are another story. Mav needs some all around restructuring!

Automaticly changing your keyboard to english, so hard to find everything, dark mod hase a lot of bugs and others.. 1 star of 5, sadly the only option for buying tickets for the train online

I successfully bought tickets with the app, But there are a number of windows when I cannot guess correctly what means “OK”, or how to take info into the next screen. So there’s a number of back and forth. Some user interface testing, and watching users where they become perplexed could improve the next version.

Finally a well thought application which helps all aspects of traveling via trains in Hungary. Very convenient ways of getting information before and during travel. Recommended and well done.
