Did they not know ios8 was coming out?! I mean everyone else everywhere knew. Why didn't they update their app to work with ios8?! Been over a week now and still NOTHING! Two weeks now.. Still crap.

ADT is continuously coming up short. The iphone app should have been tested months ago. I will terminate my contract with ADT this month. What a disappointment.
They should change the name to Crash

Can't even use it. It crashes every time I try to view my cameras. Switching from adt to another company today.

It is ridiculous that it has yet to be launched to work on the ios8. I agree with the review below that clients should be credited for the lengthy amount of time we have had to go without service. We need security during the times we are not able to be at our business.

Thanks ADT and Matrix for putting thousands of customers in the dark. Not like we paid top dollar for remote access to our video systems

worst app, programmers. whole matrix and ras+ is a big bs. works fine on their sales reps ipads but not for customers. poor customer service. will never do a contract again with a co. who cant keep up with technology. we pay top $ and there is a never a delay in charging us for monthly bills, then why now?
