I want my money back. Player cannot choose to do only multiplication, or only addition. Cupcake is hard to control. Game does not allow for misfires. Bad game wish I hadn't wasted my money:(
Sling shot

The game is good and helpful. However, the sling shot is difficult to maneuver to hit the correct answer. Especially the highest and lowest positioned answers. Not worth the $3 spent. Angry Bird's sling shot is easier to maneuver than this game. Could be useful but you spend to much time retrying to play. Which causes loss of interest for myself, 8 year old, and 17 year old.
Not a very good educational tool

If you are looking for a substitute for angry birds, I suppose this is fine. If you are looking for a math teaching tool, this game is not so good. The focus is more on game play, and not math concepts. It has the form of a "drill and kill" but, with not enough drill. Really, if you are just trying to move your children away from other games, then its maybe ok. But, it does not excel at teaching math, or reinforcing math concepts.
Just get angry birds...

Don't waster your time and money...this is nothing like angry birds...can't aim the cupcakes to save your life...my kids don't enjoy it and frankly, I think I am just going to cut my losses and DELETE it!

I bought this in hopes to get my son a fun way to practice math facts. Although in theory this seems fun, the actual figuring out of the sling shot is nearly impossible (even for the parent) and my kids although they knew the answers wasted a ton of time trying to "hit" the answer with the slingshot. In the same amount of time they would have practiced 15 facts on another app. Mad I wasted my money. Barbara

I wish there was something like this when I was growing up! Math would've been much more fun! I'm glad that there's apps like Math Monkey now-a-days that actually teach you something. I saw my 8 year old nephew playing with it and so I got it too. He is obsessed with it! Not only is he entertained in a healthy way (I hate those violent games that only teach kids how to be aggressive), but he is actually learning something valuable. In my opinion it's great not just for kids but for anyone. It's very entertaining and it keeps your brain active.

I'm pretty good at angry birds and I can do math just fine, but aiming the cupcakes feels nearly impossible. Frustrating.

I couldn't get past the game center prompt. Please include a way to play that is not connected to the game center.

Math Monkey is fun and educational. My daughter loves it and won't let go of my iPad. I might have to get her Fraction Monkey in a few years. Warning: your kids won't stop playing!
