This is a great game for anyone trying to practice multiplication. Can't comment on the entire app as we only tried the multiplication section. Probably worth the $1.99. The light version is pretty useless.

Great for Times Tables and Addition Facts

This app is super easy to use and provides great feedback to kids. You can pick exactly which numbers you want to practice times tables with. It's also good for addition facts. The timed practice and feedback on number correct and number of stars provides a great indication of how well the kid knows the material. Getting stars and fireworks is also motivating for kids.
