Love fixing up the Mansion!

I love playing the game and redoing the Mansion. Not as much a fan of the all the distractions, I really want to fix up the house. Not enough time to fix up other places, like vacation home, but would like to finish those too. Love the game, play everyday.

How do I contact customer support? I go into the game and it is a black screen. Cannot do anything. I don’t want to remove app and reinstall as I am on level 1500. Please help!!!!!

I’m at the end of the house. But now I can’t win. And I’m not going to spend money I don’t have. I’m thinking about getting off the game. I never just quit anything, but I’m not going to waste my time either.

I love this game so much! The one thing though is that It don’t switch the ones I want it to. I could be a higher level if it stop doing that. I get mad when it switches the ones I don’t want it to. And I need the email for the people who made the game to tell them that it does that to me a lot. Omg this game is pissing my off I didn’t want to spend money and it just took my money...

I really like this game but it has nothing to do with what it was advertised to do. I’ve been playing for about a month and still no option to fix anything as advertised. I also noticed, this is a great mansion, huge. How is it it has only one (1) bathroom? Uuuummmmm!!!????

Love this game, but it moves way to slow, I have no clue what the ship is for? The rockets should make all the blocks in that row disappear but it doesn’t, infect sometimes it takes many rockets, I do buy coins from time to time, but I think it’s time to find a real life.... and keep my coins.... Also those little rooms that are extra things other then the house, really would it kill you guys if we got them all decorated?... I find them impossible and truly not worth the time
The advertising is false ?

The game can be challenging and I have not seen a level that allows you to fix items in a room like the advertising shows. It can be a money pit and take AGES to advance in storyline.
