Claims to offer in-app purchases but does not. Just hounds you with more games to buy or the most irritating commercials I've ever seen. Game is ok but the constant ads for other games to play that pop up after playing EACH time pop up so fast you don’t even get a chance to see what your score was. Now they are also starting to pop up at the beginning of the play and at the end. Think I'll find another game by a different developer since this developer does not care about the people that use his game. Absolutely the worst gaming company out there.

Buggy app

This is a great game but for a while now, the games won’t sync. You get a notice that says they are repairing and will close the app. When you reopen the app, it still isn’t working. There seem to be no update available. They announced it was fixed on 1/8/2018. It’s not. Other players are saying the same

Client Repaired Error

I sometimes had issues with stuck pieces that could be recalled and fixed the bug but now I get a client repaired error message every time I try to play my turn. Error says it was fixed and a simple app restart is all it needs it that hasn’t worked yet. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn’t help either and it has been weeks at this point.

Stop asking me to link my Facebook

I linked my Facebook, but EVERY time I log in, it asks me if I want to link my Facebook. It doesn't matter if I do, don't, or click the option for it to never ask me again.

Fun game but glitches. Gets stuck sometimes. It skipped my turn yesterday; gave my opponent 2 turns in a row. Very irritating pop ups before and sfter each game. Need to get rid if those.

I thought I paid $1.99 for ad-free play years ago but with the update I can't stop the ads or the sound even though sound is turned off for the game. Really disappointed since the last update.

I'D GIVE IT ZERO STARS IF IT WERE AVAILABLE! STILL WEEKS LATER.. TOTALLY FRUSTRATED! STILL AWAITING YOU TO FIX THE GAME SO I CAN GET MY PAID VERSION BACK! I GET NOTICES THAT GAMES WILL BE FORFEITED IF I DON'T TAKE MY TURN... WHICH I HAVE.. SENT IN NUMEROUS TICKETS.... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOLKS... The app hasn't been working correctly, so.. i deleted it... to re install it... now i can't find the ad free version i paid for... grrr

The game is fun and I really enjoyed playing it. However I have had several technical issues and they don’t have anyone with a clue to help. It is impossible to contact them. They have no phone number for technical support and if you call them and select that you want to talk to technical support you get a recorded message telling you to contact them online. However they don’t care if you have a problem and don’t answer you except with a canned general response that someone wrote and told everyone who works there to use regardless if it actually solves your issue or even has anything to do with your issue. You can’t reply to their email, you have to submit another online help request and get the same crappy response, if you even get a response at all. I sent 5 requests for the same issue over the course of 10 days. They responded to 2 of them with the same canned answer and never bothered to fix my problem. After I leave this review I am deleting all of their games and don’t want to waste my time on such a crappy company ever again. You can solve every puzzle and every game they offer without spending money so please do not give this joke of a company any of your money. Any decent company offers technical support for any app they create. Not this one - they want your money and could care less.

Ads Are Failing To Clear

I love this game, but for the past several weeks, I have had problems with some of the ads. After each game an ad will appear, but more often than not, only a portion of the ad shows up covering the entire screen on my iPad, but then it can’t be cleared, so I can’t get back to an actual game for hours. Even when I shut the iPad down and turn it back on, the ad often fails to clear.
