I've been using this app for quite some time, and have gone through problem after problem. Everyone has a breaking point, and unfortunately, I've reached mine. Switching to SALT.
Great concept, poor execution

App is awesome when it works. Weekends it's almost always down, which is when you need it most. When you send them an email it takes 4-5 days to get a response and it's the same response over and over, delete the app and try again.

I want to love this app but can't due to the tech difficulties. Always crashing and losing my bookmarks. I've saved so many places in so many different cities I want to keep it but worry they will be lost. Fix the bugs matchbook or someone else will steal your idea!!
Love the app, but...

Great app, one of my favorites, but no one responds to email. My bookmarks that I spent many months gathering and using are currently not visible to me. I created an account as asked so that this would not happen. Is this app still being supported or not??

I loved the concept and it worked great for a while but when the app updated I lost all of my info! This happened twice. Extremely disappointing.

I used to love this app and used it for years. A few weeks ago I lost all my bookmarks and nobody at customer support has answered a single email in over two weeks. Don't use it! It's broken :(
Finally got the functionality I was looking for

Used Yelp for years. Had a lot of places bookmarked to try with notes on how that restaurant came to be on my radar. When I went to the restaurant I couldn't read my notes on why I wanted to go there. This app gives me the functionality that is making me leave Yelp behind. Nice work! Thank you!
