Resolution messed up. Reinstall wiped game progress

App on iPhoneX was distorted. Made the screen larger than normal. Resolution appeared off. Was not able to see the full screen. Figured reinstalling the app may help, but I found out that all progress was lost and resigning in with Facebook did not restore my game play. Is there any way I can recover my account? I had over 26,000 coins and my wife took a screenshot of my account with coin total. UPDATE: great response back from support team; however it’s a 3⭐️ due to app still not fixed and was only able to restore my coins and not progress.

Can’t see entire screen

Ever since the last update, I can no longer see the entire game screen. I can’t access the settings to make any changes. Plz fit this problem or I will no longer be able to play this game!

It wastes your boosts and more then half the time it doesn’t give you the boosts for matching 4 and 5 in a row and it doesn’t give you half the coins you get in the game. They want you to spend money on their game and it doesn’t even give you the rewards not only is it not fun but it rips u off like no other. And you have to pass the game 5 time to get enough coins for a gift card. I pass the game twice and almost on third round and haven’t even made close to half of the coins needed for a gift card
