I like this game, it is fun and has cute characters. Fun to play when you want to pass time! ? My only complaint is every time I open the app, it crashes one or two times. It gets annoying and I don’t know how to fix it.

I just purchased 4.99$ worth of gems TWICE! I received nothing. I thought it hadn’t gone thru. Did it a second time. Didn’t receive anything. $10.00 spent. I would like a credit or refund PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

Really enjoyed the game. But for the second time after an upgrade I am locked out of the app and the only way back in is too delete the app and start from the beginning again. Not having it. There are too many games out there that don’t irritate me.

Hi, I updated to the newest version of 2.2.1 few days ago and now it crashed every time I open on iPhone 6s and iPad Pro. Can you please look into it why? I loved this game but can’t play now due to the update and keep crashing. Thanks

Love the game but it crashes too often. Current I can’t play it won’t open. I don’t want to delete it and start all over again. You upgraded for newer phone but what about the older ones.

I love this game, but lately I can’t get the jewels or free boosts because the adverts freeze up or or you are “ working on it “ Now the game has frozen up totally!!! What gives??? For two days now! I’m about ready to delete the game and maybe start over, if it will let me.... signed frustrated ?

I have been playing this game for a while and enjoying it very much. I don’t know if the software has to be updated but it’s not booting up to play it cuts off not impressed at this point.
