Dark world button disappeared!

Just updated and the dark world button disappeared. Can’t find any way to access the dark world now! It’s a good game and definitely entertaining. After a year, I’m still playing it and going strong.

Loved playing this game, but the latest update spiked the difficulty. I have all the heroes but one at max level/max stars (not counting the new ones) and my team was quickly destroyed in dino world. I think it will take a long time to grind away to get new heroes, get their tokens and evos, and grind away at dino world. Just know this game was grindy before and a bit more grindy now. Ads for energy work MUCH better now. After July update there were a lot of problems. I know it is hard to find a balance of grind vs getting people to make purchases, but they have skewed that balance so hard here that I think I am considering being done. I am playing still, but not as frequently as before.

I have all the heroes but one at max level/max stars (not counting the new ones) and my team was quickly destroyed in dino world. Ads for energy work sporadically. You frequently get the message to “try again later” or you get stuck in the ad with a black screen and have to force quit. The dark world levels are just as brutal as dino. My basic heroes die quickly and getting new heroes looks to be a massive grind fest. I know it is hard to find a balance of grind vs getting people to make purchases, but they have skewed that balance so hard here that I think I am done playing.

I don’t keep games a long time on my phone because mobile games, especially ‘F2P’, are really disguised as money suckers. Not the case with Match Land, you can play entirely without paying a penny. It hits all my requirements too. No PvP, Facebook login nonsense - just a good, single-player concept slightly more challenging than your typical match-3 games. I appreciate the fact that I can spend an entire afternoon playing or pass time in line quickly playing this and easily put my phone down from either. It’s definitely something I come back to everyday, even after months of playing. It’s almost reminiscent of old Pokémon, collecting your heroes and leveling them up without extra gimmicks like personalities or what time of day you train it. For the record, I like this game way more than the CN version of it and I’ve already deleted that one. It felt too flashy in efforts to attract both kids and adults. While I did enjoy the addition of diagonal movements in CN’s Match Land, it wasn’t implemented well enough and it would wrongly swipe. The original Match Land is much more solid of a game. Thank you for the game and new update, Race Cat! It just keeps getting better with time. :)

One star for the update. Still aggressive IAP and pay walls. Fatal flaw, they nerfed the super powers. Takes forever to charge up, you’ll be lucky to even to to use it once, whereas before you could get one, maybe two in. Oh well, thanks for trying. EDIT: After the new update, Dino Desert chapter 2 doesn’t unlock with all requirements met. Was going to increase rating, but since this doesn’t work will keep one star.

Fun game and I was excited to see the update but I can’t unlock the second dinosaur stage despite having three stars on every stage of the first level.
Bug final level on dark world sinister snails

The final mission 7 of sinister snails in the dark world is bugged, once you get to the boss his character doesn’t appear and attacking it causes an instant crash of the game. Please fix

I usually get bored of games after some time, but this game is just so much fun! There’s no pressure to pay, and the characters are fun and diverse.

Very fun puzzle game with nifty 16-bit graphics. Simple gameplay and plot but very enjoyable.
