It’s the perfect app I have several apps for this but this ones outstanding classes are just perfect I’m 11 and unmotivated so doing martial arts was hard but this helped a lot with difficult times

It’s a amazing cardio workout and conditioner of the legs. However, it’s lacking through breakdown. For instance, Day 1 has more than 10 exercises but you can only do 3 sets in each leg. Shouldn’t “Day 1” be “Week 1” perhaps? So that a beginner like myself can learn all of the kick and punch variations for a white belt. I love the dynamics of the app but if the developers can put a little more work into the day to day practice so that we can thoroughly learn each punch and kick. Instead of just going thru the motions
