To put to proof people’s vocabulary skills in a short period of time. This is the idea behind of Master of Words, a FREE game developed for iPhone and iPad. The game presents a board with letters for the player to arrange into words in a two-minute span. By the end of each round, players from all around the world can compare their performance through the worldwide rankings.
Master of Words is available in two languages, English and Portuguese. Its word-database has more than 500 thousand entries in it. Each letter has its own score, where the less-frequent ones are worthy more points.

I've been playing for a couple of weeks, and had yet to supply a 12-letter word until today. I spent a few dozen stars to pop out the word "collaboration," only to find that 12 is the maximum amount of letters allowed. I kept thinking I must have spelled it wrong, but it turned out it's just too big a word for a "Master!"
Ads are intrusive

Loved this app until recently. Then when more people started playing, it crashed. After they fixed it, Ads now pop up intrusively. No longer recommended.

Pretty good game. Spell as many words as fast as you can for points to score against people all over the world. Nice challenge and keeps you playing.
