I regularly use online banking apps of 4 banks in UAE and 4 other banks in Pakistan, USA, and Canada. snapp is, by far, the best online banking app I’ve used. Full disclosure: I’m a Mashreq employee. But I still maintain, snapp is awesome.

Telex Transfer does not work!

I tried to transfer money to a non-Mashreq beneficiary from my list and the transfer was rejected. It asked me to enter a 'purpose of payment.' There is no option in your iPhone app to enter purpose of payment, and that's why the transfer does not go through. Please fix it! Thanks.

I can't even get to use this app. It's asking for an activation code that I don't have and there's no option of asking for one.

I recently bought a new iphone and when i activate my account into this device, i get an error telling me i'm not authorised to use this app. Whoever designed this system, he is such a stupid dumb person. Really stupid and dumb... And i'm saying it again "stupid, dumb moron!"

App does not launch!

Tried to launch the App a few times without any success. Even after a reboot it still does not open. They need to do some serious work to keep up with the technology. I guess its Dubai!
