Game crashes every time I complete a run. Which cause me to not get my rewards. Please fix

So, the game keeps asking me to be a certain level for the special events but I can’t find what level I am and how to increase that level to access the special events happening all the time

I use to love this game now its got worse I spent 50 iso8 three times to change my name & never got my issue fix I spent real $ for that smh im very disappointed it could be a great game

I’ve played this before, only deleting the game after I ran out of space. Now I have plenty of space and the app won’t even download pass 45% (I’m talking the app hasn’t downloaded not the game).
