Keeps crashing

Great game . I purchased the 20 biometrics and never received them . It took my10$ and never started giving me the bio metrics . Smh . I love this game but this just upset me

I've been playing this game basically since it came out and I love it, but it needs some serious work. They need to fix the crashing issue and bugs because currently it's unplayable garbage.

This game brings back my childhood nostalgia because of how it reminds of of ultimate alliance as well as having decent graphics and a chat system only thing missing is a minimap, auto play charcters should brake objects 2, and the guide should include what each stat. Another good thing about this game is it has a constantly growing roster as well as underpowered characters getting improved with every new version honestly if it wasn't such a data hog I would have never deleted this game
Bad customer support

The game crashed after a VIP purchase was successful. Customer support wouldn't credit the purchase by giving me the items. I had to contact Apple support for a refund that took seven days. When net marble could've just credited the items with the proof of receipt.
This game is suprisingly not pay to win

The game is so fun but with the new update, it just keeps crashing and I can't even finish 1 game and once it crashes, it steals my stamina. Pleeeeeeeaaaaaaasssse fix this netmarble.
