I thought nothing could be more unreliable than Marta until I downloaded the Marta app.

When i select to rearrange the icons on the bottom row to my favorite icons, they never stay once i close the app. May this be fixed please. Thanks.

This app is absolutely unreliable. It’s 2019, this app should be more advanced and accurate than it is!! I’m thinking the bus is going to come at the time it’s suppose to and I check the app, the bus still hasn’t left the station. Now I have to stand an extra 30 minutes because the app is misleading.

This app isn’t worth the time the developers took to create it. Only about half the trains are even tracked (and that’s being generous), and the schedule included it worthless since the trains are never on schedule.

Terrible app but it’s all they have. Which is sad. I think it’s time to audit MARTA. Where is this money being spent???

Trains are indicated “delayed” on many occasions; red line is rarely shown correctly. The app has always been horrible and I didn’t think it could be worse - but it is.

It constantly crashes and the update are never really up to date. Real- Time map is also bull crap

I gave 2 stars because they do have the buses and all the on the app but, This app needs a lot of work. I use Marta everyday and you would think I use the Marta app, however that’s not the case. I use Apple Maps, which is more accurate than this app and that’s honestly sad. Another thing is that it would be neat if you updated the app and made a feature to check to see how many rides you have left and be able to add money to your Marta card just from your phone.

The app doesn’t give live/real time up to date info. Just the same set schedule you can get online that the trains don’t stick to. Don’t tell you when one line is only doing a partial route until you’re already on the train.
