Got it to connect once. No support. I paid $268 for these lights and they’re stuck in some weird blue color

I do not even want to rate this app one star at this point. It is poor. I have been trying to connect to my device and it still will not work! Please do something about this because it is pointless to have $600 device that connects to the app, and it doesn’t work!
