App looks great, but trying to modify selections from the cart when scrolling is required is completely non-functional. Can’t change quantities, and adding and removing doesn’t work reliably. I ended up with more of the thing I was deleting, and none of the thing I actually wanted. Finally gave up and walked into the store. Perhaps HyVee should spend a bit more time testing before they release.
No customization options

At the Market Grille, you can get a burger item made with chicken breast instead. You can also get it as a wrap instead of on a bun. There is no way to customize burgers on the app. “Special instructions” are too few characters, and I do not trust I would get what I want, even if there were enough characters to customize in there. You can add toppings to items, but there is no way to remove anything, say if you didn’t want tomatoes, onions, etc. No asking for extra, either. This app is poor. It is visually very nice, but has too few customization options. The Panera Bread app is excellent, I think online ordering apps should use it as a template for what a great online ordering experience should be. I go to Panera instead of Hy-Vee because I don’t want to call my order in. I have called in a modified item and human error has happened more than once. I always get exactly what I want from Panera. I hope this app becomes more user friendly.

Nice app, missing a couple features

I love how easy the app is to use to make an order and pick up. I also appreciate the photos of the menu items. But it's missing two crucial features: 1) Nutrition facts for each menu item beyond just general calories 2) Ability to customize the order (different bun type, substituted sides, etc.)

Very little menu and daily special content ! Only the basic take out menu and nothing about the brunch and weekly specials ? Not well executed, updated or maintained. I’m deleting the app as it’s a waste of memory space.
