For the 2021 social distancing era please update the app to allow a second food purchase option for AFTER the movie starts. I preordered popcorn and drinks but we wound up missing lunch and wanted to order a meal but the only way to do that now is to leave the movie and order then wait or go back when it’s ready. With no longer having the wait staff button add the option to order without leaving your seat would make the app advantageous and prompt more people to use it.

Frustrating but mostly functional

Unable to reset my password until I logged in first which I obviously could not do. Ended up creating a new account. Couldn’t associate my old rewards card with the new account because that was still associated with my other account. Forces me to deselect my theater and preferences every single time I log in. It’s just unnecessarily frustrating at times.

Would give 5 stars but can never get my tickets to Apple wallet. Otherwise v convenient to browse, buy tickets, and to pre order snacks.

I’m on here all the time! Love being able to see the seating charts and buy tix and food. I do wish it could order alcohol from the app but I get it. Love movie tavern in Lexington Kentucky ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Has potential but needs tweaks

Needs Apple, google and android pay added as payment options or at least the ability to save CC on file. Need to be able to apply rewards dollars to ticket or food orders Need to be able to order food for seat delivery later into the movie. Needs apple Face/touch ID added as a log in option. Needs ticket syncing with Apple & android wallet apps and calendars

Love the app, but for some reason I can’t buy tickets on it? I’ve tried three cards and it always says declined. So I go to the website, and it works just fine. Kind of annoying when the point of the app is to avoid the website. Also gives the option for Apple Pay and then says sorry can’t use Apple Pay. What gives?

So you don’t want people to use your cell phones but now you have people using your phones . This is stupid. Why even have the bells on the tables. And why did I have to put my name in twice ? All so stupid nothing like human interaction.

So I’ve always used the app to purchase my tickets whenever I want to see a movie. Recently though I tried to purchase some and it kept telling my my card was declined. After reaching out to my bank they said the issue was on the apps end. So I tried to enter the same card info onto the main website and it finally worked, though I was charged for a service fee even though through the app I wouldn’t have been. I’m not too worried about the service fee, but I wish there were a way for me to enter a ticket. Hopefully someone who works on the app sees this and can possibly fix it, since I’m 100% sure my card info I entered into the main website and on the app were identical.
