What happened?

App will not stop crashing. Be sure if the user service and efficiency it creates we have over 200 fold agents using the program. It’s required when they onboard. I get it, bugs happen and need worked out. Why has the communication stopped? This is now having a major impact on our business.

I have been stuck a few times during my initial client upload, and when I wanted to add new clients. Casey always responds quickly, professionally and with great courtesy and his directions are so easy to follow and ALWAYS fixes my issues. What a great company and the App is absolutely a game changer for any “road warrior “ who knows that time = money! Thank you Casey and thank you Mapview
Crashes too frequently

I do love everything about this app. It is a very useful sales tool, but until the crashing issues get worked out I can’t give it the 5 stars it deserves.

This app use to be the best on the market. Did everything I needed as a field sales rep. Now it closes unexpectedly when I am in the middle of entering data into a lead. Some times it takes me 3-4 tries to finish a task. I sent an email to the support team over a week ago and they haven’t gotten back to me. In the past, I would get a call or email within hours of having an issue. This issue is completely unacceptable and needs to be fixed.

I signed up for a 30 day trial that ends on August 31. Today is the 23rd and they already tried to bill me for the yearly plan. The only reason I knew was a notification from Apple. This is simply not right and I’ll bet I’m not the only one this has happened to.

1) This app used to show driving directions between two locations by simply clicking on two points. That functionality no longer exist. 2) I can’t find a way to sync between two devices. The developer claims you can set up an iCloud account, but this doesn’t work. There is zero phone support. I have emailed the company and have received no response at all - zero again. After entering a huge amount of data, I am forced to look for another app. Sad!
