You can pay to remove ads, or you can get the exact same content from Wikipedia for free. The only explanation I can come up with for why this app exists is that the "developer" is hoping to profit off of the very, very stupid.
Content is ripped off of Wikipedia. Doesn't support the landscape position. And most importantly maps themselves are distorted. Like, YOU ONLY HAD ONE JOB to get right and you didn't. App is essentially worse than worthless for educational purposes. BAD!
