Update was forced on users, which required account. Now we cannot log-in, cannot reset password (because developer's system does not send link), and customer support is nonexistent. Worse yet: now everything I had saved in this app is lost! ?

I went up a hill off a paved path. Up on the Hill was a very windy path that went all around itself. The app did not count any of the path which was about 2/3rds of my walk...
