It's funny how an allegiance to our fitness app is formed. I started out with MapMyFitness and have tried Strava and some others as they pop up but I always stick with MapMyFitness. It is very easy to use once you get the hang of it. They have every exercise you most likely do which is great. They have running, mt biking, road biking, kayaking, mowing the lawn which is pretty funny but surprisingly I burned 1000 calories mowing the lawn! Anyways great app and I recommend it. Works really well all the time.
Swimming log needs work

It would be nice if when logging an open water swim you could log distance and time like when logging a run. Length of pool and number of laps doesn't work in a lake, pond or ocean. Otherwise, I love the app and would give it 5 stars.
Great for measuring progress.

The update adds great features including measuring miles per hour. The gear feature allows for tracking wear on shoes and connects to a lot of devices. The coaching helps keep a workout on track. Sometimes, the coaching pace seems off but overall, great product.
Like split times

For the most part I was happy with health app tracking steps and miles as even tracked when on treadmill. I wanted to know though speed I was walking and thus like the split times it gives me. I use free version so get an ad but not too Bothersome. Wish let me know if stopped moving as sometimes forget turned it on. If leave on and get in vehicle it will track that distance which is slightly annoying.

Does good stuff for me although I can't seem to get it to sync with my misfit shine2... Getting annoyed. Am I missing something?
