I clicked on the “3-day Free Trial” option, with the intention of checking out the app and unsubscribing if I didn’t want to pay for it. THEY CHARGED ME IMMEDIATELY!!! I went in right away and unsubscribed, followed all of the instructions, called Apple etc. I’m having to spend hours dealing with this! This is insane, AND NO WAY TO DO BUSINESS. I’ll write a new review IF THEY FIX THIS ISSUE, but for now, DON’T DOWNLOAD THIS APP!

You’re not able to do anything the app shows in its ads/app preview unless you purchase a monthly plan. The few options available for free are available through better apps.

So just downloaded the app and the first thing that pops up upon opening is a subscription offer that takes up the whole screen. As I m tapping the screen to see if the app crashed and waiting for the app to open I mistakenly hit ok and since the password was recently used for app download it authorized the payment for a one year subscription. That placement seems to be completely intentional. The only way to resolve the issue is sending an email which won’t give an immediate fix. So disgusted I haven’t used the app. I was interested at first but I can already see what kind of developer this is. No thank you.

Same issue as other users. All I did was open the app. Did not authorize subscribing and paying for this. Apple, please look into this. Will be calling customer support soon
