I’ve selling activity is not working, app does have a lot of glitches

Manheim plus app working very bad. If I want to see my I’ve selling activity, it’s telling me to log in, I put my credentials and it tells me that I log out, trying to log in again, and it repeats same thing. App is laggy now. It is unstable and crashes. I use Manhaim website instead! But would love to use app, but unable due to all glitches.

In the world of 2021 and apps this is zero help. Manhiem really needs to get with the program on technology. Why is everything they have so cluttered, busy, unreliable.
Can’t scan

I had a old galaxy note 9 and the app worked fine up until a few weeks ago it got very slow. Now I have a iPhone 12 max and the app won’t scan anything. It this app not compatible with the latest iPhone? I’ve deleted the app and re downloaded and nothing. I’ve checked the phone settings everything is fine. And other apps that use scanning works just fine. When I’m at the auction and looking at many vehicles manually inputting vins is very time consuming. This app is currently making me lose money.

You can’t always enlarge pictures of car very frustrating I went back to odd app that’s always worked as interested. How hard could it be be fix the app ?? Not good at all ?

Says there is an error logging me in. Then it lets me go to the homepage, but tries to make me login again to see cars, which doesn’t work. Can’t access ove or anything.

The home screen is all jumbled up all the words are together and it is very hard to read.I am using a iPhone 12 and this is pretty bad I was very excited to see a new app manheim needed it badly but this is extremely hard to use because all the tabs and words are all jumbled together
Navigation is horrible

The new app is so horrible to navigate. I thought I would get use to it in time, but have not. The old app was way more user friendly.
No notifications.

I am no longer getting notifications and am unable to turn on notifications as there is no option for the Manheim app. iOS 15 iPhone XS Max
Improved layout but way Too slow!

The layout is much improved over the original Manheim app, but the load times are way too slow! It makes the app practically unusable! It doesn’t matter if I’m on 5G or my home WiFi with very high speed. I’m also on iPhone 12 Pro Max, and I close all my other background apps, doesn’t make a difference. Doesn’t make a difference if I use my girlfriends phone on different carrier (she has at&t, I have Verizon) or iPad. The app is just way too slow, takes 10 minutes to load work book (no exaggeration). Inventory run list takes 10-15 min to load too. Scanning a vin takes 4-5 minutes. Condition reports take forever to load. I don’t think it’s a problem with the server side either, because the Manheim website loads at least 10x faster on the same device (iPhone 12 pro max). Again, nice layout but load times are crippling. Please address the loading time issue because the layout is nicer on the app vs website when using a mobile device.
