Subtitles appear for less than a 10th of a second. Unwatchable. Don’t waste your money on a subscription.

I love the MGTV reality shows, especially Sisters Who Make Waves. However, the app is occasionally buggy with login and AirPlay issues.

They need to organize their shoes better. Subs dissappear in iPad. Also the app doesn’t display correctly on an iPad. Also, after signing up for the VIP I’ve been getting ad texts so that’s concerning…
Even worse after upgrade

DONT upgrade!!!! 1. I can’t use x2 speed play by pressing the screen. 2. Hard to move to specific timeline. No improve at all after upgrade. 3. No 弹幕！！！ 太垃圾了 别升级啊朋友们。我真的非常非常少发评论了?????

I’m not sure what happened to my VIP account. I bind with the same phone number using my phone and my ipad. Both login verifications work on both devices; however, the ipad version says I’m not a VIP. Very strange and frustrating!!! So I had to pay for another VIP membership using the same phone number. But it says you can’t bind 2 accounts using the same phone number in their App feedback, well that’s not the case and it’s backwards in my case. I should’ve been able to use the same phone number and account on both devices. There’s a bug and it needs to be fixed! Or this is how they tricked us into paying more for membership! I have sent support ticket to their support email over a month ago, but never heard anything back! Now the floating comments are completely gone and I am not liking it!! I want a refund on the extra membership fee that I had to pay!

Some were showing on YouTube even can show sub when casting, I subscribe can’t enjoy subtitles with families. Hope the developer can see it and make the subtitle show on TV while casting.

I’m using an iPhone and since I can unsubscribe through apply pay there’s no problem this that, the real problem is android phones My father was subscribed to monthly vip, he bought a year of vip but the monthly subscription still charges him fees, when he wanted to unsubscribe there’s no way to unsubscribe it in the app!! I had research through google and mgtv official website but still no solution, I wanted to look for customer service but there are NONE! “Contact us” on the web led to the official mangotv page so that’s not the way to go, WHY UNSUBSCRIBING IS SO DIFFICULT, EVEN IMPOSSIBLE I WOULD SAY. Monthly subscription is a scam
