It’s maddening

I’m not sure why this app doesn’t consistently interface with my Fitbit. Sometimes i get points for walking 10K steps and other times it only records 7K or fewer steps even though I routinely walk between 10K and 20K steps per day. The food tracking feature rarely works so I removed that from my daily habit monitoring.The medication reminders have always worked flawlessly and that’s the only reason I continue to use this app. I’ve used this app for several years and I’m at the maximum raffle level.

I’m so glad you have added supplements and vitamins to your app. It’s good to know what you should and should not take with your regular medication and has been a life saver for sure. Thank you

Like the app. Keeps me on track. Though I Don’t understand the raffle, I’ve been playing since forever, never won a thing. ??♀️

I enter my info, it says I earned points. I go later to enter something and it says I did not enter what I had previously. The reward try doesn't always work either. Last night I sat for over 5 min while it tried to load. I finally closed the app. Later, I went back and it said I had done it. I don’t need these reminders. I am not an idiot.Will probably delete.

Thanks for the help this App is wonderful. Tell everything about the medicine I am taking and what the side effect if we take other medication, at the same time it remind me if I am busy. I love it. I will recommend it to every one.

Ever since I changed time zones this app is gone totally haywire. Reminds me different times than it’s supposed to, not what I set for.
Disappointing

Frequently freezes. Doesn’t update in edit. Many times won’t allow variations to accommodate schedule and time changes. Access difficult and kicks you off app multiple times before you have to contact them and can finally get into app.
