Mandalas (formerly KaleidoDoodle) is a Kaleidoscopic Drawing program that allows you to paint your own Mandala using a variety of symmetrical patterns and a wide color palette.

Mandalas allows you to:
- Choose your background color from a palette of 47 colors.
- Choose your pen color from a palette of 47 colors.
- Choose your symmetry mode.
- Save your Mandalas to your photo album.
- Draw in Random modes which allows you to have the app randomly change color, pen sizes, or symmetry modes every time you lift up your finger!
- 10 levels of undo!

I want random colors back

I find the free version to require less artistic skill and the random colors of each stroke make the process easy. In the paid version you have to manually change the color.

love this app, but I wish it had a back up or undo button

I love making mandalas. I have creating hundreds with this program. New user be warned that your entire session can be deleted just by accidentally resting your wrist on the pad in proximity of the trash can. THE APP NEEDS A TWO STEP DELETE for security. My other issue is with the appearance of unwanted lines that spoil the session. I haven't figured how I do it but I suspect the app NEEDS A NEUTRAL SPACE FOR WRIST PROTECTION. THE COLOUR BOUNDARIES NEED BETTER DEFINING. When projects are moved to other apps they don't lend themselves well to modification with a 'color bucket'. When you dump a color bucket it results in bleeding into several areas. Its not worth it, given how long it takes to redefine all the edges. Although I've enjoyed this app I am going to explore other mandala programs. I hope the designers make changes soon.
