Like the keys to the Matrix

I have been an avid Manager Tools fan (devotee? disciple?) for about a year. It has changed my work life so much for the better by teaching me the value of behavioral diversity (a dry term that can be better described as getting out of your own head to better understand, work with and manage your coworkers.) For this I will be forever grateful. Understanding how others think and communicate has been the basis for substantial improvement at work and sometimes makes me feel like I have the keys to the matrix.

This is the best way to get the management and career advice that anyone needs. The app is well-designed, intuitive and easy to use. That's just the pretty wrapping paper, though. The real gift is the quality of the content contained throughout.
Business advice does not get better than this

For over 9 years, I have been listening to the Podcasts on which this App is based. The talent and brains of the team are first rate. I have grown in my career both in management skill and confidence by following the advice from them. This App channels that wisdom into one easy-to-use and central location. I can download a number of shows, cue them up, and vary the playback speed. This App is an efficient and appreciated hub for the dissemination of great information.
Great content, but crashes frequently

I'm really happy to have this app to help me manage the podcasts for my daily commute, but it crashes frequently—multiple times during a session—which is very disruptive, and it doesn't remember where I left off.

Great guys here with a lot of knowledge and guidance on navigating the black box of careers and communication. For some reason the app or my phone can only save a certain amount of booked marked podcasts. Wish you could organize the book marked casts better instead of having to scroll through them all. Possibly a folder structure.

This group is made up of professionals. They believe in the teachings of Drucker, which gives them a great foundation to work on. Manager Tools is action based, and if you want to succeed as a manger, this program will help you out. First time manager, check it out. Senior leader, check it out. CEO... PLEASE check it out! There is something for everyone in here. If you listen to this podcast you will benefit. If you take notes and follow them with actions you will prosper. 10/10, would highly recommend.
Battery drain

I love manager tools, great content. This app needs some work though. In the last 24 hours, the iPhone shows 61% of my battery usage is from Manager Tools, and all of that has been in the background, I haven’t opened the app today or listened to any of the podcasts.
