It is so hard to do anything on the app now! It is not user friendly when on your phone. Can’t refill meds or ask the Dr a question without having to go to a big computer to get it to show up right. It was working and then it redirects you and everything is off and jumbled for the phones. It is a shame because this could be a great resource if it worked properly
Pay My Bill

The Pay My Bill feature is difficult to use on a mobile device. It also wants you to create a username and password at the bottom of the page for faster use the next time, but if you already have an account there is nowhere to login.
