This is a fun app I love how it encourages you to keep pushing .I have no clue what I'm doing ,but with this app it has an easy to watch video on how it's done properly and it doesn't get in the way of the work out. The music options keep it simple to just start working out with great up to date music ,and not fuss with other apps . ??⭐️'s

I am sure if the app actually opened and didn't take forever it would be good. However, you tap on it to open and it loads and loads and takes forevvvvvvver to open. It's a very very slow app and I'm gonna delete it.
