Great site. So easy to peruse. One little problem, perhaps only for me, I cannot find a way to contact any of the various store owners about problematic merchandise.

You never receive items you ordered, and if it’s late they tell you the refund window is closed, ONE MONTH before the arrival date??!?!???!
Discount never applied!!! Misleading promises!!!
Memory Identity
This companyis ripping people of! does not fulfill their promises in regard to discounts. I was offered 50% of my first purchase, then when doing check out - the discount was ~10% and finally when i did purchase: the discount went down only to 5%!.... This is very disappointing and dishonest to catch new customers and not fulfill the promises- it discouraged me to do any more purchases with this Kind of business...
