This app will teach you tech in simple terms, show you how to make most of your smartphone and generally stay in the know about cool stuff on the internet.
I LOVE THIS APP. Everyone who is not a computer genius should install this app and have their lesson of the day sent to you. But not just technology. Office Productivity. DIY. Product Reviews. Finance. Entertainment. All the materials are well written; the articles' info matches the title. Remarkably easy to understand mini lessons. A home run!! Bravo!!
Great app. Very useful. Btw, when i view an article, click the link go to browser mode, how i go back?
I liked this app very much until the last update when they changed their logo. Crashes on opening every time.
I really enjoy articles from Make Use Of (MUO) and find a lot of them to be quite helpful/informative. However, I'm frustrated with the functionality of this app to the point I'm writing a review, which is something that I rarely ever do. I won't lament about the past versions of the app that had their own set of problems. This new version, despite the new design and features, carries with it it's own set of problems. First, there's no sound when playing videos. Having the video feature is useless if there's no sound. When clicking a link to an external site I have to force quit the app to return to the original story. Ten minutes ago I see there's an update for bug fixes. I updated the app and now it won't open at all. WHOEVER IS IN CHARGE OF THIS APP NEEDS TO FIX IT AND DO IT CORRECTLY. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED.
App no longer starts correctly. ALTHOUGH - I love the app when it works.
I was excited about the update, but upon updating the app it kept crashing. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it fixed that issue. As far as the review about no sound on videos, there is sound but only when you headphones are plugged in. A lot of apps have started using that feature to only play with headphones plugged in to hear sound. I hope the other bugs get worked out soon because I love the site for all things tech.
Doesn't update reliably, even when I manually try updating it. Also prior version with tabs and count of new articles was really really intuitive. Wish I could get that version back.
