Takes forever to download, scan feature doesn't work

Longest time to download an app!! The scan feature doesn't work. Every product I scanned I got an "OOPS!" Message.

You have to create an account to use. You can only create an account with your Facebook login. I don't have a Facebook account. Not everyone on the planet gets sucked into the Facebook abyss. Since L'Oreal won't allow me to use their app without a Facebook login, I deleted the app from my phone and decided to boycott the brand. It's a matter of principle.

Took super long to download! But i love the makeup! So fun to pretend you have the makeup on!

I was excited at first. I tried it and it was really bad. The makeup doesn't move when you move and some of the make up was out of place on my face when I put it on.

I'm really puzzled by the negative reviews. This app has always surprised and entertained me for its accuracy and realness. It's the only app of its kind. It's a great distraction and a lot of fun. It always works
Didn't work for product on advertisement

I downloaded this app because it was advertised on the Loreal True Match foundation display, but when I scanned the Loreal True Match foundation, it said that item couldn't be found. I dowloaded Makeup genius because it was advertising exactly what I was looking for, but I was pretty disappointed that the app didn't offer the product it advertised.
