Used to work great now half my shipments won’t update, it won’t give any info on them, and the latest oscars update gives less info than ever!! About to uninstall if they don’t fix the bugs!!

I use Mailhaven to track several packages. I live in an apartment complex so this app helps me keep up-to-date of when my package arrives and either myself or someone I know can grab it for me. I’ll continue to keep using the app!

After using this app for almost 6months, I can definitely say it’s the best app to track all my packages online. If you shop as much I do online (mostly Amazon), you definitely this app!!!

The app often doesn’t get status updates in real time. It tells me the package is late and it’s awaiting status - which is not what the carrier status is. I have yet to receive a real time update that my package has arrived. It’s generally hours later! That said, it does keep track of most of my orders in one place, which is nice. One exception; I can’t track Amazon deliveries when they ship via AMZL (which is awful, btw). Not sure this app is as cool in application as it seems. :/
